Casa de Flores is our headquarters in San Juan del Sur. It is located on Remanso Beach, approximately 5 kilometers south of town off of the road to Ostinal. The house is used by volunteers on mission trips and is also available as a vacation rental. All proceeds from this rental support the projects of LPD.
The house contains a master bedroom, 3 smaller bedrooms, 3 full baths with hot water, a kitchen, a great room and an outdoor dining area on the patio. Bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. The hose is managed by San Juan del Sur Property Management and includes a full time keeper or cuidador . It can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Casa de Flores is perched on a hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach where you will find a local and international sun bathers and surfers. The ride to town is approximately 10-15 minutes over an unpaved road.
